On Sept. 18, a full scale demonstration of the NCM was held in Potsdam at GFZ for a distinguished delegation of governmental natural hazard management specialists from Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Thailand for the purpose of preparing negotiations for the implementation in the Indian Ocean area.
